Non-Refundable Terms & Fraud Prevention

Irrevocable Services: Services are non-tangible and irrevocable. We do not issue refunds once the service is rendered or work has commenced. By completing this agreement, you authorize SFCA to begin provisioning/access and any associated services immediately.

Chargeback Protection & Disputes: SFCA maintains evidence to validate authorized purchases and service delivery. By purchasing, you agree SFCA may use these records to respond to billing disputes and to demonstrate that services were authorized, provisioned, and/or delivered. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and additional fees. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing practices comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the False Claims Act (31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733).
